Folding and Pop-Up Event Tents
Folding tents are the backbone of event and exhibition work, and they are specified by frame and canopy. Popular sizes are 3×3 m, 3×4.5 m and 3×6 m; frames are produced in aluminium with 40 mm and 50 mm profiles, and canopies are made in 600D Oxford cloth with full-colour printing, so a tent carries branding on the canopy and, where required, on the valance and side walls. Options include side walls, half walls, carry bags and wheeled trolleys.
For distributors the practical question is frame consistency: repeat orders must match the first shipment on colour and on the frame, which is why we hold canopy fabric and frame stock rather than printing each reorder from scratch.
Inflatable Structures, Domes and Arches
Inflatable tents, domes and arches cover the large-format end of event marketing: product launches, festival activations, sports events and roadshows where a branded structure is the centrepiece rather than a backdrop. We produce these with full-surface colour printing and specify the blower against the destination market – voltage and plug type are matched to the country the structure is used in, so the unit arrives ready to run rather than needing a local adapter or a replacement blower.
Because inflatables are bulky, they are usually consolidated with the rest of an order – tents, banners and stands – into the same shipment.

Roll-Up Stands, Backdrops and Table Covers
The small items complete the stand and are where orders are won on detail. We supply retractable aluminium roll-up banner stands with printed graphics, backdrop and display stand formats, and custom table covers for trade shows and exhibitions printed to your artwork. These items are light, ship cheaply and are the easiest products to add to a tent order to raise the total value without adding freight.

Building a Complete Event Package
Advertising products are rarely bought one at a time. An exhibition stand, a roadshow kit or a sports event usually needs a tent or structure, printed flags, banner stands and table covers together. Buying them as one order means one artwork approval cycle, one quality standard and one consolidated shipment – and because long flagpole and tent cartons combine well, freight comes down against sourcing the same items from three suppliers.

What sizes of folding tent do you manufacture?
The common exhibition sizes are 3×3 m, 3×4.5 m and 3×6 m, with 40 mm and 50 mm aluminium frames. Sizes outside this range are quoted from your drawing.
Do you print full colour on the canopy?
Yes – full-colour printing on 600D Oxford canopies, with colour matching held on repeat orders.
Can an inflatable structure be supplied ready for my market?
Yes. The blower is matched to the voltage used in the destination country and supplied with the corresponding plug type.
Can you ship tents with flagpoles in one container?
Yes. Consolidating mixed categories into one shipment is standard for us and lowers freight against separate orders.
