Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a China-based manufacturer and integrated supplier. Flagpoles, flags and display hardware are produced to your specification, and the accessories and complementary items in the same order are sourced and consolidated by us, so you deal with one supplier instead of several.

Can we see the factory and the production process before ordering?

Yes. Tell us what you would like to check and we will arrange a factory visit or a live video walkthrough of the workshop, and we will show you your own production run before it ships.

Can you produce to our artwork or drawing, and can we sample first?

Yes. Send your artwork, a drawing or even a photo of the item you need. For custom items we make a sample first; sample cost and sample time are quoted together with your enquiry.

How do you keep a bulk order consistent with the approved sample?

The approved sample and your colour reference stay on file. Material, colour and the key dimensions are checked against them while the order is running, not only at the end.

Can we appoint a third-party inspection before shipment?

Yes. You are welcome to send an inspection company. We will have the goods packed and ready for inspection before the container is loaded.

Can you combine different items into one shipment?

Yes. Flagpoles, flags, bases, tents and display hardware are packed together and shipped as one consolidated order, so you receive a single shipment instead of several.

What happens if something is not right after delivery?

Send us photos and the order reference. We compare them with the approved sample and the production record, and agree with you how to put it right.
