Disitu Flag is the export brand of Chengdu Disitu Technology Co., Ltd., a manufacturer founded in 2012 in Chengdu, China. We work across display equipment, advertising printing and customised production: flagpoles, flag banners, display stands, tents, roll-up banners and promotional gift products.
Over more than a decade we have supplied customers in around 90 countries and built a long-standing dealer network. Our 2,000 m² warehouse holds a large volume of stock so urgent orders can ship quickly, and our in-house customisation team handles changes to hardware dimensions, materials, colours and shapes, as well as print design, fabric selection and finishing.
What We Do
Our range covers the complete outdoor display chain: indoor and outdoor flagpoles, national and custom-printed flags, feather and teardrop banners, folding and inflatable tents, arches, banner stands and the accessories that hold everything together. Because we manufacture across all of these categories, our clients can consolidate a full event or retail branding programme into a single order and a single shipment.

Our Production Process
Every order follows the same six steps, whether it is a single sample or a full container.
Printing
Artwork is printed on wide-format dye-sublimation and digital presses, so colour is fixed before a single panel is cut.
Cutting
Fabric is cut to the ordered size, with the print direction and seam allowance checked on every panel.
Embroidery
National flags and ceremonial flags are embroidered on multi-head machines for a durable, raised finish.
Sewing
Edges are hemmed, pole sleeves and eyelets fitted, and reinforced stitching added where the flag takes the most load.
Packing
Each item is inspected and packed to protect the print in transit, labelled per order and per carton.
Delivery
Orders are consolidated into one shipment where possible and shipped FOB, CIF or DDP to your port or door.

What kind of company is Disitu Flag?
Disitu Flag is the export brand of Chengdu Disitu Technology Co., Ltd., a manufacturer in China producing flagpoles, flags and banners, advertising display stands, tents and customised gift products. We have been in the industry since 2012, with an in-house production team, a 2,000 m² warehouse, a large customer base and an established dealer network.
What materials do you use?
Metal products are made from stainless steel 201, 304 and 316, aluminium alloy, copper and zinc alloy, and some components are plastic. Flags and banners are made from polyester, nylon, Oxford cloth, satin and mesh.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T bank transfer, Western Union, PayPal, Visa and L/C. Our standard terms are 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance against the copy of the B/L. Tell us what works for you and we will confirm before production.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Express is the fastest and most expensive option and suits small urgent orders. Air freight is faster than sea but cheaper than express, with collection at the airport. Sea freight is the most economical: for most countries we offer door-to-door services. Send us the volume and destination and we will quote all three.
What is the lead time?
Stock products ship within 3-5 days. Customised products depend on the specification and quantity – send your requirement to our sales team and we will confirm the production schedule.
What after-sales service do you provide?
All products carry a one-year warranty. If a quality problem appears within that period, contact our sales team. Products are guaranteed in good condition when shipped; where we arrange the freight we take full responsibility for transit damage, and where you use your own forwarder we settle according to the specific case.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Stock products can be ordered from 1 piece. New customised products start at 500 pieces, and for very low-value special items the minimum is 3,000 pieces.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We can provide samples of all our products. Stock items can be arranged directly; if the sample is out of stock or needs to be made to your specification, allow time for production.
