Most show tables are one of three sizes. Send us your own dimensions if the table is non-standard, and tell us whether the cover should drop to the floor or stop above it.

Fabric and printing options
- Woven polyester / oxford cloth — the usual base for reusable covers; wrinkle-resistant and washable.
- Stretch fabric — for fitted covers that stay smooth through a multi-day show.
- Dye-sublimation printing — full-colour, all-over graphics with no colour-count limit.
- Screen print or transfer — economical when the design is a single logo on a solid ground colour.
Fabric weight, backing, hem finishing (zippered back, leg pockets, reinforced edges) and the carry bag are confirmed against your project so the cover suits how it will actually be used.

A recent table cover project
A US brand running a corporate gifting programme started with a sample cover in August 2026; after the sample was approved, the bulk order followed in September 2026 for 500 pieces. The covers shown on this page come from that programme — a 180 gsm stretch cover for a 6 ft and an 8 ft table, and a 250 gsm polyester cover with a printed logo.

How ordering works
- Send the table size (or the model of your trestle), the quantity, your artwork file and the date you need the goods in hand.
- We return a layout mock-up showing logo position and scale on the finished cover.
- Minimum order is one piece, and production runs 3–5 days after the artwork is approved. On approval we produce, inspect and pack — and can consolidate the covers with poles, canopies or banner stands ordered at the same time.
