Feather, Teardrop and Beach Flags
Feather and teardrop flags are the highest-visibility outdoor advertising format we produce: a printed fabric sleeve on a flexible pole, with a base chosen for the site. Pole sets are available in 2.8 m, 3.4 m, 4.5 m and 5.5 m, so the height can be matched to the space and to the viewing distance rather than fixed by what happens to be in stock. Beach flags use the same principle at the larger end of that range and are the usual answer for forecourts, showrooms, trade fairs and roadside promotion.
A complete set is the practical purchase: printed sleeve, pole and base, from the economical X-shaped cross base through black-coated bases to weighted and water-tank bases for exposed sites. Tell us the wind exposure and the ground surface and we will match the base to the pole height.
National, Ceremonial and Embroidered Flags
National and ceremonial flags are judged differently from advertising banners: colour accuracy, finish and a raised embroidered appearance matter more than price per square metre. We print national flags of any country and produce embroidered flags on multi-head embroidery machines for a durable, raised finish – the standard for government, embassy, military and ceremonial indoor use.
Fabric choice follows the use: polyester and nylon for flying flags that must survive UV and wind, Oxford cloth for promotional and display flags, satin for ceremonial and presentation flags where sheen matters, and mesh where wind passage is required.

Hand-Held, Car and Promotional Flags
Hand-held and small promotional flags are high-volume products, and the specification here is about cost control without losing print quality. We supply hand flags with plastic poles in country or custom designs, produced in runs that suit promotional distributions – sports events, national days, campaigns and giveaways – with the fabric weight and pole type tuned to the unit price the programme can carry.

Artwork, Proofing and Repeat Orders
Send a PDF, AI or other vector file and our design team prepares the layout for the exact flag size, checking bleed, edges and print direction. We then send a visual rendering of the finished flag for confirmation, and for OEM orders a pre-production sample is made in the real fabric and finish before mass production.
Artwork is printed on wide-format dye-sublimation and digital presses, so colour is fixed before a single panel is cut; fabric is then cut to the ordered size with print direction and seam allowance checked on every panel, and edges are hemmed with pole sleeves, eyelets and reinforced stitching where the flag takes the most load. On repeat orders we hold the specification, colours and quantities so the second shipment matches the first.
