Most of our production is made to a client’s own specification. Whether you are a distributor building a private-label range, an advertising agency delivering a branded campaign, or a brand sourcing promotional hardware, we manufacture to your drawings, artwork and packaging requirements.

What We Customise

Our Process

  1. Enquiry: send drawings, specifications, artwork or even a reference photograph
  2. Engineering review: we assess feasibility and propose improvements — in one case we reverse-engineered a product from a photo and delivered drawings within hours
  3. Quotation: unit price, MOQ, tooling and lead time, usually within 24 hours
  4. Sampling: pre-production sample for your approval before mass production
  5. Production: manufacturing with in-line and pre-shipment quality control
  6. Shipping: FOB, CIF or DDP, with consolidation of mixed product categories into one shipment

From Artwork to Delivery: How a Custom Flag Order Runs

1

Send your artwork

Send a PDF, AI or other vector file with the design you want printed or embroidered.

2

Design check

Our design team prepares the layout for the exact flag size, checking bleed, edges and print direction.

3

Digital rendering

We send you a visual rendering of the finished flag so you can confirm the design before anything is printed.

4

Sample

A pre-production sample is made in the real fabric and finish for your approval.

5

Confirmation

You approve the sample and we lock the specification, colours and quantities.

6

Mass production

Bulk manufacturing runs with in-line and pre-shipment inspection, then consolidated shipping.

Three Ways to Customise Metal Parts

1. Modification of an existing product

Small changes to a model we already produce – a different base, a longer tube, a different finish. This is the fastest and cheapest route, and it allows a much smaller minimum order quantity.

2. By drawing

Send us detailed drawings with the material specification and tolerances. We review feasibility and quote from the drawing, including tooling where it is needed.

3. By sample

Send us a physical sample and we reverse-engineer it. This gives the most accurate quotation, because we measure the real product. The route runs: requirement or sample → confirmed price, tooling and lead time → sample produced → sample approved → bulk production and shipment.

Why Clients Consolidate With Us

Because we produce flagpoles, flags, tents and display hardware, a single order can cover an entire campaign. That means one supplier to manage, one quality standard, one invoice — and significantly lower freight, since long flagpole cartons can be combined with tent and banner shipments.

We have run OEM programmes for clients in the UK, USA, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kenya, Venezuela, Burkina Faso and Belarus.
